Do I have to create an account to begin searching?
You do not need to create an account to search for listings. However, creating an account will allow you have access to more advanced features such as our blueAgent or WatchList. To create a new account click here
What is blueAgent?
BlueAgent is your personal Agent who will search through the therentalpage database and send you new listings that matches the criterias you specify. You can set blueAgent to send you search results daily, weekly, or monthly.

What is a Watchlist? and how do I use it?
Save ads into your personal Watchlist for easy access in the future. In order to use the Watchlist feature, you must have a blueAgent account. It's free to create one. Once you have obtain an account, you can add ads into your Watchlist by simply clicking 'Add to WatchList' link on the ads. To view your Watchlist, simply log into your blueAgent account and click on 'View/Edit Watchlist' in the main menu.
I have not received any e-mails from my blueAgent.
Please verify your email is correct by choosing 'View/Change Personal Info' on the blueAgent main menu. If your e-mail is correct, please check the e-mails in your "Junk e-mail" or "Spam e-mail", some e-mail provider incorrect block e-mails from therentalpage.ca. You can add therentalpage.ca to your "Safe List" to prevent this from happening in the future.
When does blueAgent send me my updates of new listings?
BlueAgent will send out an e-mail before 4:00am EST on the specified morning outlined within the blueAgent criteria page.
How accurate are your listings?
As accurate as the info provided by the landlord. We recommend that you always visit the building before signing a lease.
Can therentalpage help me get out of my lease?
Unfortunately we can not. therentalpage.ca is only a media for which property manager and renters can communicate through. Please read the Renter's Guide for service providers who may be able to assist you with the termination of your lease.
